What we collect when you send an inquiry, what we do with it — and what we never do. In plain language.
FosBuild is a building-materials export team based in Foshan, Guangdong, China. This website is our product showcase and inquiry channel. You can reach us any time at sales@fosbuild.com.
Only what you send us through the inquiry form or by email: your name, business email, country, destination port, the products and quantities you ask about, and your message. The form also records the page you submitted from and campaign tags (such as utm_source) when they are present in the link you arrived with, so we can tell which products buyers ask about.
To reply to your inquiry, prepare quotations and samples, and — if you order — to run production, packing and shipping for that order. That is all. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing, and we do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.
This site is hosted by Netlify, and inquiry-form submissions are processed by Netlify's form service. Our email is handled by our email provider. These providers process the data only to deliver the service.
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies, and we currently run no analytics. The notice-dismissal choice is stored in your browser's local storage, on your device only. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this page first.
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as it is relevant to doing business together. You may ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, at any time — write to sales@fosbuild.com and we will handle it promptly.
